Nicole Del Medico
Statement
Nicole Del Medico is an alumni of OCADU's Integrated Media, BFA program who’s work conceptually focuses on creating meaningful narrative experiences and electroacoustic compositions that aim to raise awareness of serious issues such as PTSD and cyberbullying.
As an early career game developer and Integrated Media artist, she is constantly continuing to experiment with different forms of media and art disciplines in order to explore a wide variety of themes, such as sociopolitical and humanitarian issues.
She has continued to further her knowledge of video game engines such as the Unreal Engine 4 and Virtual Reality technologies, so that she can continue to bridge gaps between different art disciplines and game theory to navigate these various intersections within interactive digital environments, to explore these pertinent issues and themes.
